Disclaimer: The Enamel Mug is susceptible to staining when used with certain beverages, including coffee, tea, and natural juices. That’s a normal characteristic of enamel products and not specific to our mug alone. Due to the enamel’s rough and porous surface texture, particles from these drinks may easily adhere to the mug, resulting in stains over time. Stains can be effectively removed by applying lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrubbing with a hard sponge.

Delivery of goods is currently provided within the territory of the European Union.
Some products are made to order; therefore, the delivery time consists of both the production and delivery periods.
The estimated delivery time is indicated during the order process and is for informational purposes only.

Returns:
1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Store within 14 days by sending an email to: shop@drklauns.lv
3. The notification must include the Buyer’s name, order number, and the item(s) the Buyer wishes to return.

Return of Goods:
1. After receiving the withdrawal notice, the Store will inform the Buyer about the return address and procedure.
2. The Buyer must send the goods back no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the withdrawal.
3. The goods must be unused, undamaged, with their original appearance preserved, and without signs of use, except those resulting from inspection of the goods.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are damaged or do not correspond to the order.
5. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they have been used more than necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, the Store has the right to reduce the refund amount.
