1. General provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store Dr Klauns (hereinafter \u2013 the Store), as well as the terms of purchase, delivery, returns, and refunds.<\/p>

1.2. The Store is operated by:

1.3. The Store operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the applicable legal acts of the European Union, including consumer protection regulations.<\/p>

1.4. Some products offered in the Store are manufactured and delivered on demand in cooperation with production and delivery partners.<\/p>

1.5. The Dr Klauns online store is a charitable initiative of the Association Dr Klauns. Any profit generated by the Store is used to support the Association\u2019s objectives, including the implementation of therapeutic clown programs in healthcare and social care institutions, staff training, and the operation of the organization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Placing orders<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1. Orders may be placed by any natural or legal person.<\/p>

2.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

2.3. A purchase agreement is considered concluded once the Store has received payment and sent an order confirmation to the Customer\u2019s email address.<\/p>

2.4. The Store reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if the information provided by the Customer is incomplete or incorrect.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Prices and payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1. All prices in the Store are indicated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.<\/p>

3.2. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately before order confirmation.<\/p>

3.3. Payments are made using the payment methods available in the Store.<\/p>

3.4. The Store does not store customers\u2019 payment card data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.1. At present, delivery is provided to all countries within the European Union.<\/p>

4.2. Some products are manufactured after the order is placed. Therefore, delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.<\/p>

4.3. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.<\/p>

4.4. The Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond the Store\u2019s control.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the product, without giving any reason.<\/p>

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store within 14 days by email:shop@drklauns.lv<\/p>

5.3. The notification must include the Customer\u2019s name, order number, and the product being returned.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

6. Return of goods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.1. After receiving the withdrawal notice, the Store will inform the Customer of the return address and procedure.<\/p>

6.2. The Customer must send the product back no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.<\/p>

6.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, except where the product is defective or incorrect.<\/p>

6.5. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
