Delivery of goods is currently provided within the territory of the European Union.<br \/>2. Some products are made to order; therefore, the delivery time consists of both the production and delivery periods.<br \/>3. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the order process and is for informational purposes only.<br \/>4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.<br \/>2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Store within 14 days by sending an email to:\u00a0<a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" href=\"mailto:shop@drklauns.lv\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"315\">shop@drklauns.lv<br \/><\/a>3. After receiving the withdrawal notice, the Store will inform the Buyer about the return address and procedure.<br \/>2. The Buyer must send the goods back no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the withdrawal.<br \/>3. The goods must be unused, undamaged, with their original appearance preserved, and without signs of use, except those resulting from inspection of the goods.<br \/>4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are damaged or do not correspond to the order.<br \/>5. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they have been used more than necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
